Our services are very personal and catered to each client's needs. Their safety is our number one priority. We want our clients to achieve their potential for independence and productivity while furthering their empowerment and integration into society. For clients facing challenges towards the end of life, we want to promote their dignity and independence to the greatest extent possible.
A Registered Nurse will develop and implement an individualized plan of care. The RN will also complete the initial assessment and will re-evaluate on a quarterly or as needed basis to assure the plan of care is current and relevant to the goals of the client.
